Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

Template notice (delete this box before launch). This page is a detailed template written for this product, not legal advice and not a substitute for a lawyer. Fill in every highlighted [bracketed] item, check it against the laws where you and your customers live, and ideally have a lawyer review it. Laws about selling anything related to crypto trading differ by country.

1. Who we are

[Your legal name or business name] (“Atlas Vault”, “we”) of [Your business address, city, region, country] runs this website and is responsible for your personal information as described here. Contact: [your support email]. [If you are in the EU/UK and required to, add your representative or data protection contact.]

2. What we collect and why

1. Anonymous visit statistics. When you view a page, your browser sends us the page path, the website you came from (domain only), whether this is the start of a visit, and clicks on the buy button. We also see the country your request came from, which our hosting provider derives from your IP address. We do not store your IP address, we do not use cookies, and we do not build a profile of you or follow you across sites. Counts are added together by day. To mark the start of a visit your browser stores a temporary flag in session storage that disappears when you close the tab. We do not collect this if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and you can turn it off with ad or script blockers. Purpose: to see how many people visit and buy, and to improve the site.

2. Purchases. Payment is handled by our payment provider [name your provider]. They collect your name, email, billing details and payment details under their own privacy policy. We receive order information such as order number, amount, currency, country and status, and may receive your email address to deliver the file and give support. Purpose: to complete your purchase, deliver the Product, handle refunds, and meet tax and legal duties.

3. Messages to us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record. Purpose: support.

4. Live chat. If you use the chat box, we store your messages, the optional name and email you type, the time, and a random chat ID that your browser keeps in local storage so you can continue the conversation. Purpose: to answer your questions and give support. Please do not send seed phrases, private keys or passwords.

5. Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we store your email, the optional first name you type, which vaults you picked, when you signed up and agreed to be emailed, your country (from our hosting provider) and the website you came from (domain only). Purpose: to email you when the vaults launch and send a few related updates, with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us, and we will delete your entry on request.

6. Questions you send us. If you use the “Ask a question” form, we store your email, the optional name you type, your message, the time and your country, and we forward it to our own inbox through our email provider (Resend) so we can reply. Purpose: to answer you. We keep questions for up to 12 months and delete them sooner on request.

7. Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely and block abuse, under its own policies.

3. Legal bases (EU/UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (orders and delivery); legal obligation (tax and accounting records); legitimate interests (anonymous statistics, security and fraud prevention, replying to your messages), which we balance against your rights; and consent where we ask for it.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the site and orders: Cloudflare (hosting and anonymous statistics storage), our payment provider, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Anonymous daily counters: up to 24 months. Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (commonly 6 to 7 years). Chat conversations: up to 12 months after the last message. Support emails: up to 3 years after the last message, unless needed longer for a legal claim. [Adjust these periods to your own policy.]

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA and provincial laws in Canada, or CCPA/CPRA in California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for using these rights. Email us to make a request, and we can delete a chat conversation on request. We may need to verify your identity. Because our statistics are anonymous and cannot be tied to you, we cannot look up or delete an individual’s visits.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This website sets no cookies. It uses one temporary session-storage flag, described above, and, only if you use the chat, one random chat ID in local storage (you can clear it in your browser at any time), and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts load. If we add cookies or other tracking later, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.

9. Children

The website and the Product are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access-restricted statistics. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. We will take reasonable steps to tell you about material changes.

12. Contact and complaints

Email [your support email] or write to [Your business address, city, region, country]. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
